Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

Returns must be handled within 5 days of receiving your order.  If you would like to Return or exchange product, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions.  Returns must be in original condition and quantity. 
All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.  Some products are non-returnable.  Please see below the list of non-returnable products.  A Return Authorization number issued by email from our Customer service must accompany the return.  The freight on returned goods is handled by the customer unless it is our error, that is, incorrect product.  Original freight is not part of the refund to be processed upon receipt.  Refunds are processed within 30 days.  

Non Returnable Products:  Custom Branded Items, Napkins, All Food Safe Products & Boxes (Bakery Boxes, Candy & Confection Boxes, Tin Tie bags, Candy Accessories), Tin Boxes, All Rigid Boxes including Hat Box sets, Jewelry Boxes AND Products listed as Final Sale.

PLEASE NOTE, FOR ORDERS OVER 5 CASES, RETURNS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED.  SUBJECT TO GOGOPAK'S MANAGEMENT APPROVAL.

 

Damaged Product (See Below regarding Rigid Box damage)

If goods arrive damaged, please contact service@gogopak.com so we can assist with a courier claim and provide a credit.  Please provide some photos of the damage.  Damage must be reported within 2 business days of receipt of product.  Exterior carton shots should be included.

If damage is obviously created in shipping, the shipment should be refused with the reason being "damaged parcel".  For pallet shipments, damage to the pallet should be reported immediately upon receipt to the driver to note on the waybill. 

GoGoPak is not responsible for damage that occurs to product while in your facility or after receipt.

 

Rigid Boxes Damaged in Shipping

All our rigid boxes are inspected before packing to ensure they are shipped in perfect condition. 

Although every attempt is made to secure the boxes in shipment, the cartons are large (the boxes are set up, not flat) and light in weight. 

Courier damage can include minor dents to complete crushing.  

We have noticed an average of 5% of rigid box orders can incur 10-20% courier damage. 

Our options are to raise rigid box costs to provide a higher grade shipping carton or, double carton, which may or may not prevent courier damage.  This change would actually cost more than a possible 10-20% courier damage.  Another option, is when ordering a minimum of 10 or more cases is to ship by pallet.  However, this option also adds far more to shipping costs versus a possible 10-20% courier damage. 

We prefer to offer the best pricing possible for rigid boxes as well as offering excellent ground shipping rates at checkout.  We recommend if you require a specific amount of boxes for a project to order an extra case to cover any possible courier damage.  Note, we do not, credit, refund or replace any rigid boxes damaged in shipping and we do not process shipping claims under $100.00.   

 

Currency & Pricing

Shipping is from Lockport, NY or other USA warehouses, pricing at GoGoPak.com is in US funds, USD.

Canadian orders will incur import fees, these fees are collected after your order is placed by the courier or your customs broker.  As an option, Canadians can shop at GoGoPak.ca, although products and prices differ at this site (pricing at GoGoPak.ca is in Canadian funds, CAD, and ship from within Canada).

Shipping 

We offer other service levels for shipping that is additional and shown at the cart level.  Freight rates vary according to the following factors, number of pieces, overall weight, and the shipping location.    FedEx is our preferred carrier, depending on the warehouse location.  We pass on our discounted volume rates to our customers. 

Delivery  Time

Delivery timeframes are the normal Fedex Ground schedule, GoGoPak is not responsible if a carrier cannot meet the required delivery date as a result of bad weather or other unforeseen events that may cause a delay.  The GoGoPak team will always do their best to process and ship your order in an expedient manner.  When you place an order, we can estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.   We operate during business days Monday-Friday.  If you require an order for a specific date, we recommend calling 1 877 648 6917 or emailing service@gogopak.com to ensure delivery.  Transit time adds additional time to be delivered to your address.  The transit time depends on the shipping service you select at checkout. 

International Shipping

We have partnered with www.shipito.com to service our customers Worldwide.  Shipito provides our customers with their own US address.  Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers.  Shipito receives your purchases and logs them into their online system which you can use to view your items and consolidate them with multiple orders. International customers can save up to 82% off typical international shipping rates, just register at www.shipito.com

Order Processing

Orders are not processed and shipped until payment or credit card information is received.

Your order may have back orders.  You are not charged for shipping on back orders.  If you would prefer to have a complete shipment, please note this preference on your order form.  Delivery can sometimes be extended as a result.

As always, GoGoPak aims to be fair with regards to shipping expenses.  If a rate a checkout seems questionable, or unusually high, please do not hesitate to inquire and we will investigate other rate options to determine accuracy or, if there are any savings to be applied.

Order Cancellation

There is a 25% Cancellation Fee if your order is not cancelled within 30 minutes of submitting.  Otherwise, orders begin to be processed, products allocated and prepared for shipping to you or to distribution. We cannot cancel most orders once they've begun.  Please review our Return Policy.

Product Color Accuracy

Product Colors display differently online according to individual devices.  We do our best to represent original color in our photography.  We do not guarantee colors as we cannot control all visual displays.  For color referencing, we can provide the closest pantone color match, please request in advance at service@gogopak.com
