If you would like to Return or exchange product, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Returns must be in original condition and quantity. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Returns must be handled within 2 weeks of receiving. Some products are non-returnable. Please see below the list of non-returnable products. A Return Authorization number issued by email from our Customer service must accompany the return. The freight on returned goods is handled by the customer unless it is our error, that is, incorrect product. Original freight is not part of the refund to be processed upon receipt. Refunds are processed within 30 days.
Non Returnable Products: Custom Branded Items, Napkins, All Food Safe Boxes (Bakery Boxes, Candy & Confection Boxes, Tin Tie bags), Tin Boxes, All Rigid Boxes including Hat Box sets and Jewelry Boxes.
PLEASE NOTE, FOR ORDERS OVER 5 CASES, RETURNS MAY NOT BE ACCEPTED. SUBJECT TO GOGOPAK'S MANAGEMENT APPROVAL.
If goods arrive damaged, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist with a courier claim and provide a credit. Please provide some digital photos of the damage. Damage must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of product. Exterior carton shots should be included.
Currency & Pricing
Shipping is from Lockport, NY or other USA warehouses, pricing at GoGoPak.com is in US funds, USD.
Canadian orders will incur import fees, these fees are collected after your order is placed by the courier or your customs broker. As an option, Canadians can shop at GoGoPak.ca, although products and prices differ at this site (pricing at GoGoPak.ca is in Canadian funds, CAD, and ship from within Canada).
Shipping and Handling is additional. Freight rates vary according to the following factors, number of pieces, overall weight, and the shipping location. FedEx is our preferred carrier, depending on the warehouse location. We pass on our discounted volume rates to our customers.
Delivery timeframes are the normal Fedex Ground schedule, GoGoPak is not responsible if a carrier cannot meet the required delivery date as a result of bad weather or other unforeseen events that may cause a delay. The GoGoPak team will always do their best to process and ship your order in an expedient manner. When you place an order, we can estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We operate during business days Monday-Friday. If you require an order for a specific date, we recommend calling 1 877 648 6917 or emailing email@example.com to ensure delivery. Transit time adds additional time to be delivered to your address. The transit time depends on the shipping service you select at checkout.
We have partnered with www.shipito.com to service our customers Worldwide. Shipito provides our customers with their own US address. Once you have a US address, you will be able to make purchases with us as well as other US based online retailers. Orders are not processed and shipped until payment or credit card information is received.
Your order may have back orders. You are not charged for shipping on back orders. If you would prefer to have a complete shipment, please note this preference on your order form. Delivery can sometimes be extended as a result.
As always, GoGoPak aims to be fair with regards to shipping expenses. If a rate a checkout seems questionable, or unusually high, please do not hesitate to inquire and we will investigate other rate options to determine accuracy or, if there are any savings to be applied.
There is a 25% Cancellation Fee if your order is not cancelled within 30 minutes of submitting. Otherwise, orders begin to be processed, products allocated and prepared for shipping to you or to distribution. We cannot cancel most orders once they've begun. Please review our Return Policy.

Product Colors display differently online according to individual devices. We do our best to represent original color in our photography.
