I make about 30 pounds of fudge from an old family recipe each Christmas for friends and family. I have been ordering the 1/2 lb. trays from GoGoPak for several years and find them to hold up well and are the perfect size. The ridges inside the tray gives the cut size when the fudge is turned upside down and out. I spray the inside first with cooking spray making this task easier. I first ordered this year trays on line and then realized I had made a mistake in sizing so called to reorder.The young man that helped me with my new order was very helpful and put together the correct size trays with the correct size boxes and sent them immediately. I was very grateful to him for understanding my problem and sending me what I needed.
